TAPE 255 ZARLEN SPEAKS 2nd MAY 1988

Zarlen: Good evening.

Pupils: Good evening Zarlen.

Zarlen: Welcome to another session in understanding yourself. The realization. The harmony between yourself and others must be equal in order to expect a result from a purpose you place in operation with your thought. Peace can be obtained through effort. The application of effort is expression. To feel spiritually and physically, one with yourself. Are you one with yourself and all things? Or just yourself? If everything is equal you are one. It is illogical to say otherwise. Close your eyes please. Feel harmony of self from deep inside to the furthest extremity, you experience a oneness an equality a smooth sensation from within to without. This is the oneness. There are no limits to its extremity only where you place them, so if you reach out with your mind you express yourself the way you should, you experience other vibrations, other sensations as you reach out with your mind outward like every ripple expands on the surface of the pond as a droplet strikes the surface. Where does it end? The vibration continues to the extremity of the pond. What is your extreme? Do you have one? Open your eyes please.

Pupil: In our imagination?

Zarlen: There are no limits spiritually or physically, you limit yourself by what you think you see. You limit yourself by what you cannot see. You say this with meaning, but there are times when you gain experiences where you have to rely on feeling, sight has no value. If you stand on a hill, you feel a movement across your face which you call wind, can you see it?

Pupil: No.

Zarlen: So you rely on a feeling, a sensation, true?

Pupil: Yes.

Zarlen: You express yourself in what manner upon the sensation?

Pupil: Spiritually.

Zarlen: The process is the same no matter in what area you focus your attention. If you concentrate on a feeling, unless that feeling is expressed you will not fully understand it. The realization therefore is clear, is it not? Why do you believe in the wind?

Pupil: I believe in that feeling.

Zarlen: You know it, through what purpose? The sensation as it passes across the surface of yourself. True?

Pupil: Yes.

Zarlen: What about the sensations from your spirit, the energies that pass across the surface, are these not one and the same?

Pupil: The same as the wind?

Zarlen: Correct. It is an energy. The wind is energy, is it not?

Pupil: Yes.

Zarlen: What causes it to move? Alternating pressures of high and low. High pressure in one space rushing in to a low pressure in another space. The low pressure is caused by the movement of the planet creating eddies in your atmosphere. The eddies are the low pressures, vortexes going in the surface value known to you as atmosphere, this creates a transition, it creates static, it can build to such an extreme where a static discharge occurs, this is know to you as lightning. The friction of one surface value against another. True?

Pupil: Yes.

Zarlen: Therefore the surface value of the ethereal force of yourself is constantly at work within and without, you feel certain changes within yourself. You must follow the sensations they give in order to obtain a direction within yourself, so you may obtain the results which will be always of a positive nature. What is expression? How many variations are there? What is communication? Expression. What is feeling? Expression. What is not an expression? You express yourself negatively, you express yourself positively. Which controls, which does not? Positive controls. A negative creates illusions, stress, depression, severe physical conditions which lower the metabolic state of yourself. Thus making it more difficult to produce positive energy due to a lower vibratory value within yourself, in other words you feel sick, no motivation, very low through feeling sick. You do not feel like doing anything do you?
