TAPE 285 ZARLEN SPEAKS 30th JUNE 1988
Zarlen: Good evening.
Response: Good evening Zarlen.
Zarlen: Mental awareness. Spiritual energy. Self Identity. Truths. Mental relaxation. Belief. Your reason for being here. To believe in your own identity is to understand the power of yourself, to realize the truth behind your existence, to realize the full potential of who you are, why you are here, the lessons to learn the guidance which you can supply to yourself and others. Truths as you see them in your mind do not necessarily match the truths you see with your physical eyes. The miss placed direction of your thoughts will depend entirely upon the truth and reasoning. Do you believe?
Response: Yes.
Zarlen: Do you listen within yourself? Identify the true aspects of your own knowledge, your own understanding, the directions of yourself, the instinct, your own spiritual identity dwelling within. Close your eyes please. Feel within your mind a single space in the center of your mind a pin point of light. You see it in the beginning as a small insignificant pin point. Focusing your mind upon it you expand it from within outward increasing the belief and the strength of your mind, the energy of your spirit unifying and combining yourself, becoming one mind and body. Bringing the two together. Reaching for a third, your own spiritual identity exists when you have that pin point of white light everywhere within and without. Understand you will have no hope in finding your own spiritual identity unless you combine the power of your mind and your body, use it as one. So feel it, know it in your mind. When you see that white light fill your physical form the strength of your belief you reach upwards, outward from yourself and feel that everything around you is you, it lives as you live, it exists as you exist, it survives as you survive, it creates within itself its own life force, it is equal because it understands. Nothing can be more or less than itself because everything is a part of it to begin with. This is your spirit, your life force. Accept the energy which you are. Accept your own understanding. Take a breath in, slowly open your eyes. To realize your own limitations is to recognize where the restrictions are. By assuming they exist outside of yourself you refuse to accept restrictions within. To resolve the dilemma you face look inward upon yourself and accept what you find. You should never be afraid of yourself, it is the closest friend you have.And when you understand the subconscious act of yourself and your conscious are one and the same you realize you can be equal to all things if you give yourself the space to believe it. Question: Yes Zarlen. Some parents have children all of the one sex, what determines that?
Zarlen: Thoughts, energy and direction. Many forms would say this is a karmic state, not so. Humans must understand you control your own cellular structure by the energies you use. You become predominantly negative in certain areas you will create a predominant amount of what you call negative cells. Miss directions comes from lack of understanding of the power of your thoughts, the energy that is associated with it, that it can give you life, it can also take it away. You are the key factor in this, it stems from your belief. You are in control, you are in control of certain areas of your destiny, you choose it even before you come down here. As to the forces that enter into your life throughout your life span, these will depend upon how you focus your energy and even then the dependence this will have upon you at a later date will again become apparent as to how you are thinking. The challenge is to accept your perception and realize which way you face. You control it. You choose. Does that answer your question?
Response: Yes. In that case if a spirit wishes to come through as a certain sex will it depend upon what the parents are thinking as to whether that spirit achieves what it wants?
Zarlen: Negative. Time and space do not exist on the other side. At the point of conception the final outcome will depend upon a thirty second interval. During that thirty seconds in your space you create an incredible amount of cells, depending on how you think will depend upon whether you have predominant positive or a negative. In other words understand the female force as a predominant negative or neutral they are the same, the male has a predominant positive. Your perception of this should still remain equal. The benefits we have previously discussed already, we will discuss them again if anybody wishes. So within a thirty second period the outcome becomes apparent. During what we call your physical development before birth the spirit chooses, if one has not chosen within a certain period of time still born takes place. Now do you understand?
Response: Yes thank you.
Zarlen: Realize there is more to your existence than you are at present aware of. Another question.
Question: I would like to ask something similar to the previous question. If the father is an alcoholic at the time of conception would that have any lasting effects on the child?
Zarlen: Negative again. This will depend upon the controlling factor of the thought which is the predominant state. You are discussing the building of cells. The imprint on those cells originates from the thoughts, whatever thoughts you generate the most will occur within that form, this side you have yet to discover, but you will in time. When you understand the forces at work you will realize who can create life and who can take it away. To realize your own potential, you have life in the palm of your hand, you have felt it already. You can if you wish heal it at any time. The strength of that force equals the strength of your own belief in your ability to be one with yourself, to generate the energy and feel it within your mind. You control every element within your environment, the whole planet you stand on is affected by the way you think, by the energy of your own spirit. Civilizations have destroyed themselves before this one through their inability to maintain control of that thought. This time you will learn from forms already predominant in your society which will guide whoever is left from the change to a more pure existence, a spiritual one if you wish, but pure none the less. You will identify the power of your own mind, your ability to create life just by thinking about it. You will never want to take a life because you will understand the dangers involved. You will understand therefore equality. All things are equal because they are in reality a part of yourself. Is this understood?
Response: Yes thank you.
Zarlen: Learn from this, it is the only way you will understand your full potential. Your own restrictions you place upon yourself. Your own limitations are only created by what you think, in other words why think you are limited to do specific things, a weakness if you wish in your belief. A belief is your attitude, in order to understand its force you must trust it. If you are the only person you can trust in your entire world is it not worth it to find yourself first? You cannot trust others, you cannot love others until you trust and love yourself. This applies to your environment also, whether it is a tree, whether it is a single daisy in a paddock or a single flower in a garden, each petal is life, it is equal to yourself, it displays its beauty because it wishes to. You hide yours because you are afraid to. Next question please. You do not learn unless you ask.
Question: With marriage vows, to death do us part, I take it that is not a physical death but the death of the love for each other, is that so?
Zarlen: Negative. There is no such thing as death. Transition yes. Transcending from one state to another like a butterfly. A caterpillar does not die when it goes through its metamorphic state, it merely improves itself through instinct and understanding that there is another stage to its existence. When the butterfly, the form of it becomes still, it still has not died, it has merely transposed into another state of evolution but one in which you cannot see with your physical eyes. And so life continues. Every existence you have you improve your own potential, your own ability to be yourself. What is yourself? To return from hence you came, to become one with the universal energy which is constantly expanding and constantly creating new boundaries of evolution of existence, dimensional states, you reach spiritually upwards constantly, all the time for improvement in so many ways, physically would be impossible for you to interpret any one of them at any one point in time. Your existence will continue until you reach a level where you may wish to rest and assist others who are learning through what you have already passed. You may therefore occasionally return to assist others of the same ladder you have already climbed. The universe creates new energy constantly in every evolution of the planet on which you sit. Millions of souls as you call them are existed or have been created and will pass through the same space you exist at present at some point in their existing state in the future. The future as you state is a period of time, in our condition it is the same period as now. Because you exist in all spaces you exist, you learn, you move your concentration as you move your eyes from one side of the room to the next. As your perception improves it understands that you must grow. Improvisations you place on your life teach you nothing, your spirit does not need to improvise, it creates; as an example place your hands on your legs, both feet on the floor, close your eyes and concentrate on the atmosphere of the room. Simply by my focusing on the atmosphere we change it, thus... What is your interpretation of life? Life is what you feel, what you sense, what you understand within yourself and then to share it with others equally without restriction, spiritually to understand another forms desires or needs to assist them slowly becoming one with themselves through a need, to spiritually grow is to be equal, and to recognize that you can share your own space with others only as long as there is no restriction within yourself and your belief. Blank your minds, imagine yourself in a bubble that is transparent, and you drift slowly upwards seeing yourself slowly rise, you float across the ground, no thoughts, just space. Bring yourselves back, take a breath in through your nose, breath out through your mouth and slowly open your eyes and accept how you feel. It is easy for us to share a space, not so easy for yourselves. This is only because you restrict yourselves through conditioning and beliefs which have no value.
